What should I expect from you?

I’ll be honest and say that email and Twitter are probably the easiest ways to get a hold of me.  I return voice-mails within 1 business day (usually sooner).

What types of payments do you accept?

I accept checks, money orders, and credit cards.

What payment terms do you require?

I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit before I can start a project.  The remaining 50% is due before I send the final files.

How much do you charge?

Design can be a difficult thing to give a flat amount to.  The price has to do with how much time I spend on a project, which has to do with the scope.  Until I am able to talk with you about your goals I cannot come up with an accurate cost for a project.  I do however have a starting price list which will give you a good idea of what to expect.

How long will the project take?

It really depends on a few things: how large of a project and how quickly you respond to emails.  A simple business card design can be turned around in a few days providing that I am able to get in contact with you right away regarding proofs and approvals.  A re-branding project with logo design, business cards, stationary, and publications is a more involved project that will take more time.  I will let you know if your estimated time is doable and I will stay on time (as always!).
